What we treat
Conditions we treat
Care for ages 16 and up, available by secure telehealth or in person.
All conditions
ADHD
Trouble finishing what you start, a mind that will not settle, plans that fall apart at the last step — ADHD is often mistaken for carelessness or lack of effort. It is neither, and it is assessable.
Anxiety
Feeling anxious sometimes is part of being human. When the worry becomes constant, disproportionate, or impossible to switch off, it may be an anxiety disorder — and it is treatable.
Bipolar disorder
Living with the highs and lows of bipolar disorder can be exhausting and isolating — particularly when the pattern is not yet clear to you or the people around you.
Depression
Depression can feel heavy, isolating and exhausting. If you feel numb, overwhelmed, or unsure whether anything can change, that experience is recognised and it is treatable.
Insomnia
Long nights, racing thoughts and groggy mornings wear a person down. Insomnia affects far more than energy — it reaches into mood, physical health and how you function during the day.
Schizophrenia
Living with schizophrenia can feel confusing and isolating. If you are experiencing voices or visions, beliefs others do not share, or changes in thinking, motivation or emotion, support is available.
