How care works
Care shaped around you
Psychiatric mental health care for ages 16 and up, delivered by secure telehealth or in person.
Ways to be seen
Telehealth and in person
Both are offered for every condition we treat. Choose whichever fits your life — your clinician will tell you if any part of your care is better suited to the office.
Telehealth
Secure video appointments from wherever you feel most comfortable, without travel or time away from work.
More about telehealthIn person
Face-to-face appointments at our office for anyone who would rather be seen in the room.

Medication management
Prescribing and ongoing review where medication is clinically appropriate, including long-acting options for some conditions.
Psychological counselling
Talking therapy as part of your care, including supportive and cognitive behavioural approaches.
Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia
A structured, evidence-based approach to the thoughts and habits that keep sleep disrupted.
Skills training and family education
Practical strategies for day-to-day functioning, and education for family members where you want them involved.
Coordination of care
Working alongside other clinicians involved in your care, and with community resources where they help.
