Ways to be seen
Telehealth appointments
Speak with your clinician when and where it works for you — without travel, time off work, or arranging childcare.
How it works
Care from wherever you feel most comfortable
Telehealth appointments are secure video visits with the same clinician you would see in the office. They cover the same ground as an in-person appointment — assessment, review, medication management and follow-up.
For many people it is simply easier to fit into a working week, and being at home can make a difficult conversation feel more manageable.
What you will need
- A phone, tablet or computer with camera and microphone
- A reliable internet connection
- Somewhere private where you can speak freely
- To be physically located in the state at the time of your appointment
Availability

Common questions
Telehealth, answered
Is telehealth as effective as being seen in person?
For most psychiatric assessment and ongoing management, telehealth works well. Your clinician will tell you if any part of your care would be better handled in the office.
What do I need for a telehealth appointment?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and somewhere private where you can speak freely.
Is the video connection secure?
Yes. Appointments take place over a secure connection intended for healthcare use.
Can I switch between telehealth and in-person appointments?
Yes. Many people mix the two depending on what is going on that week. Just let the office know when you book.
